QuaranTUNE Dulcimer Festivals (“QDFs”) are produced by Virtual Dulcimerfest LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company whose member/co-managers are Jess Dickinson and Mark Alan Wade, and members are Russell Cook, Katie Moritz, and Stephen Seifert.  We produce each QDF for the benefit of the instructors and performers who receive 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of workshops.

Virtual Dulcimerfest LLC provides the forum for the instructors’ classes and concerts, but each instructor and performer who participates is responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws, including copyright laws.

Refund Policy on Workshops & Concerts

Workshop fees.

Please ensure that you carefully review the registration instructions and requirements for participation in QuaranTUNE online workshops and concerts. Once registration is completed, workshop fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to verify that you have registered for the desired classes, there are no scheduling conflicts, and you have not booked more than one class in a time slot.

Take special care during registration, as once the process is finalized, orders are considered final, and we are unable to process refunds, swaps, or transfer fees for mistaken purchases. Each class is limited to 30 participants, and due to limited staff resources, we cannot review individual orders or accommodate refunds. Individual instructors cannot address scheduling errors.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to watch the registration tutorial, follow instructions, enter their email address accurately, enroll only in the desired workshops, and be ready to use Zoom for the sessions. These workshops are live events similar to concerts or sporting events. When you register, you commit to attending a live workshop through Zoom. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, illness, power outages, etc., preventing attendance, participants will still receive workshop handouts and any follow-up materials if available. Workshop descriptions will specify if there are no handouts ('NH') or no video support ('NV'). Videos may include short recaps, long-form recaps, or full recordings of the live workshop

Concert ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you have purchased an all-access pass to a QuaranTUNE Concert Series, the sale is final and non-refundable.

If you lose the link to your classes or to the concerts, email us as soon as possible and we will verify your purchase and provide the “missing link” to you.  If you cannot locate your link to classes or the concerts, contact the festival help desk, and they will make sure you get the proper access link.

Recording.

Virtual Dulcimerfest LLC does not record—and does not allow attendees to record—classes or concerts.  Virtual Dulcimerfest LLC strictly complies with all state and federal laws including copyright laws.

This event is conducted live and online. Although some instructors may opt to supplement their workshops with video content, they are not obligated to do so. If an instructor decides not to include access to video support, it will be indicated in the workshop description as 'NV' (No Video). For all other workshops, instructors have the flexibility to provide access to a brief recap video, a detailed long-form recap video, or a complete recording of the live session. Some instructors will choose to limit the duration of time that the video is accessible. The choice of format, and duration of the video’s availability are entirely at the discretion of the individual instructor.

Please Note:

The website contact page is the only proper way of contacting us about issues with orders.

T-Shirt Orders:
All shirts are made custom to order in the size requested. Due to the nature of these orders, shirts and shipping are final and non-refundable.
